Just Listed & Already Under Contract!
Oh my goodness...this market is HOT! Before I could even get the marketing set up for this fabulous new listing in Oak Hall in Holly Springs, NC, it was under contract!
Going live immediately after the new year, I think the seller thought it would take a couple of weeks at least to get the showings started. The seller could not have been more wrong! It didn't take weeks, it took literally days and after only 9 showings, an offer was on its way over for review!
